Pick by how many kids you have.
Same product on both plans. The only difference is the number of kid profiles you can set up. Both come with everything.
One kid in the house.
- MyDD Learn, all 4 worlds, 19 levels
- MyDD Chat with age-tuned responses
- Full parent dashboard with transcripts
- Sunday digest email
- Safety alert emails for concerning topics
- Co-parent access (a second login, free)
Two to five kids.
- Everything in Starter
- Up to 5 kids, each with their own age dial
- One Sunday digest covering all kids
- Co-parent access (a second login, free)
- Sibling-mode (per-kid privacy from siblings)
- Same price as a streaming-service shared plan
Both plans get everything. Family gets more seats.
There's no "Pro" tier. There's no feature you can only unlock on the bigger plan. We don't gate the dashboard or the digest or the alert, those are the product, and you get them either way.

The kid plays today. You get charged in two weeks, or not at all.
No "trial" of half the features. You get the full product for 14 days, full game, full dashboard, full digest, full alert. If it doesn't earn its way in, cancel from the same page you signed up on. We don't make you call.
Hand the link to your kid.
Sign up takes about 2 minutes. Your card is on file but won't be charged for 14 days.
Your first Sunday digest.
One email per kid. Skim it. Reply if you want to talk to a human, there's one on the other end.
Reminder email.
Two days before we'd charge you. One link to cancel, one to keep going.
First charge, or no charge.
If you cancel by midnight on day 14, nothing happens. If you stay, $79.99 (Starter) or $120 (Family) for the year.
The actual questions parents ask.
Written by us. Updated when they change. Email us if yours isn't here, we read everything that comes in.
Why is this $6.67 when ChatGPT is $20?
Because we're not building the model, the frontier labs do the expensive part. We're building the layer your kid actually sees and the dashboard you actually read. That's cheaper to ship.
The model cost is a real input, and it's why we're not free. But "what does a parent reasonably pay" is closer to a streaming subscription than to a productivity tool, and the math works.
What happens if I cancel mid-year on the annual plan?
You keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds, if you paid for the year, you have the year, and you can keep using it until day 365.
If you're outside the 14-day trial and need a real refund (something broke, the product didn't work for you), email support@mydd.ai. We've never said no to anyone with a real reason.
My kid is 6. My other kid is 14. Do I need the bigger plan?
Yes, if you want them both to have profiles. The Family plan gives each kid their own age dial, their own conversation history, and their own digest, same product, just per-kid.
If only one kid is going to use it, Starter is fine. You can add a second profile later by upgrading, your dashboard and the existing kid's progress carry over.
Why isn't there a Pro tier or an Enterprise tier?
Because there's no Pro feature. The dashboard, the digest, the alert, the age dial, those are the product, and there's no reason a family with one kid should get a worse version of safety tooling than a family with five.
We hate the "we'll show you the dashboard if you pay more" pattern. So we just don't do it.
What if I have 6+ kids? A blended family? A small school?
Email support@mydd.ai. We don't have a self-serve plan for that yet (it's coming), but we'll set you up with what you need, manually, while we build the bigger thing.
If you're a school or homeschool co-op, email support@mydd.ai and we'll get you set up.
Do you do gift subscriptions? My sister needs this.
Not yet. It's the most-requested feature we don't have. Email support@mydd.ai and we'll mail you a code that gives someone a year on us, billed to you.
Is my kid's data sold or used to train models?
No. Not now, not ever. It's in our Terms; it's also our actual practice. We don't sell the data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use it to train the underlying models.
The COPPA notice has the full version. The short version: your kid's data is your kid's data. You can export it or delete it at any time, and we delete it on cancellation by default.
What about the iOS or Android app?
Why do you charge me at all? Other safety tools are free.
Because the free ones either sell your data, run ads at your kid, or have an aggressively-monetized "Pro" tier that gates the actually-useful features. We don't want to do any of those.
A subscription is the only way to build a product whose only job is to serve you and your kid. So that's what we do.
Two paths we set up by hand.
The classroom pilot.
Pilot MyDD with one classroom, teacher dashboard, no kid identifying info, a written curriculum for the 4 worlds. Free for the first semester. We're working with three schools right now; would like a fourth.
Start a school pilot →6+ kids? Co-parent house? Homeschool group?
The Family plan caps at 5. Past that, we set you up manually, same product, custom seat count, custom billing cadence. Takes about a day. No haggling.
Email us →One-tap cancel
From the same page you signed up on. No phone call. No "are you sure?" loop.
14-day free trial
Full product, no charge until day 15. We email you 2 days before.
COPPA-compliant
Credit-card verifiable consent, built to spec. Your kid's data isn't sold or used for training.
A human reads it
Reply to any MyDD email and it lands in a founder's inbox. Same day, every day.
Hand the link to your kid. Decide if it's worth $6.67 next Sunday.
No card. No signup. World 1 plays in any browser. Takes about 12 minutes. If it doesn't land, the night cost you nothing and your kid still learned to catch one AI lie.
